The Commerce Hub (The Hub) is a Kalgoorlie-Boulder Chamber of Commerce and Industry economic development project that aims to create an engaging commercial space that supports the development of local business and enterprise. The Hub creates vibrancy and activation within the Kalgoorlie Central Business District (Kal City Centre.)
The Commerce Hub provides a space that will stimulate economic development outcomes from micro and small businesses, provide a solution for those who need a less permanent space and commercial postal address to conduct business, and ultimately attract and retain long-term tenant (s) for the currently vacant property.

Launched in November 2020, the KBCCI Residential Housing Project was a way for the KBCCI to showcase products and services of our members and local businesses, as well as assisting with the housing shortage, if only in a small way.
Following the purchase of land in the sought after subdivision of Greenview, KBCCI opened tenders for the construction of a four bedroom, two bathroom home in this prestigious location, awarding the contract to one of our KBCCI members, Westralia Homes.
Over 30 local business and KBCCI members further contributed to the project supplying all of the products and services, from laying of the pad through to the furnishings and fittings.
The grand opening was held on Tuesday,19 July 2022 and has provided the first opportunity for KBCCI members to see this fantastic home. KBCCI has held a series of functions and Home Opens where the public visited, viewed and talked to the businesses who participated in the project, prior to the home being occupied.
